These are the same trusted people who’ve built long-standing relationships with players and clubs around the world. And honestly, we wouldn’t be Signed Football Shirts without them. More often than not, they’re able to provide photo proof of the signing taking place.
We’re constantly looking for new and better ways to guarantee authenticity. If it’s not 100% real, it doesn’t make it into our collection — simple as that.

What is a COA?

A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Signed Football Shirts is your lifetime guarantee that the signature on your item is 100% genuine. Every signed product we sell comes with an official COA as proof of authenticity.
Each certificate features a uniquely coded hologram that matches a second hologram placed directly on the item. This one-to-one pairing gives you added peace of mind and full traceability.
In some cases, you might receive a COA from our parent company. While the design and branding may look different, the promise is exactly the same — your item is authentic, and always will be.

Can I get hold of an item that’s out of stock?

Some items come back into stock fairly quickly, while others may never return — that’s just the nature of memorabilia. The best thing to do is reach out to us directly.
Our team usually has a good sense of whether something is likely to come back. And if you’re after a specific piece, we’ll always go the extra mile to try and track it down for you. It’s just one of the reasons we rate our autograph team as the best in the game.

I’m ordering another Mystery Box – will I get the same shirt twice?

The short answer? Very unlikely. Our shirts are super limited in availability, so the chances of receiving a duplicate are slim. On top of that, we keep a customer database that lets us check your order history to help avoid repeats.

That said, Mystery Boxes are all about surprise — so while we’ll do everything we can to steer clear of your rivals, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes.

Why does this signature look different from others I’ve seen?

Absolutely, it’s totally normal. Players sign hundreds—sometimes thousands—of items, and no two autographs are ever exactly the same. You’ll see differences in size, shape, flow, and even the colour of the pen used.
We actually think that’s part of the charm, it’s a clear sign the item was signed by hand, not stamped by a machine. So if a signature looks a little different, it’s just the player signing it their way that day.

What kind of shirts do you sell, are they the same ones worn in matches?

Most of the shirts and boots we get signed are what the industry calls “replicas” or “takedowns.” These are high-quality versions of the real deal but cost significantly less than the shirts players wear on the pitch, which helps us keep the final price fair once they’ve been signed.
That said, we also stock official “authentic” shirts and sometimes even “match-worn” items. These are rarer and come with a higher price tag, which can make them less accessible for many collectors.
To keep signed memorabilia affordable for everyone, we mainly use these high-quality alternatives — which are common throughout the memorabilia industry — and we always make this clear in the product descriptions.

What sizes do your signed shirts come in?

We stock signed shirts in a range of sizes, which is why we don’t list each size individually online. Signed memorabilia is primarily meant for collecting and display—wearing a signed shirt or pair of boots can easily damage the autograph.
That said, if size is important to you (for framing, gifting, or just peace of mind), just drop us a message. We’ll do our best to find one in your preferred size.
